Onboarding Executive

About the Role
MajheApp is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Onboarding Executive to help expand our network of vendors, merchants, delivery partners, and service providers across Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new partners, ensuring a smooth registration process, and providing the necessary guidance to help them successfully use the MajheApp platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new vendors, merchants, delivery partners, and service providers.
- Explain MajheApp's platform, features, and benefits to prospective partners.
- Assist partners with registration, documentation, and KYC verification.
- Ensure accurate collection and submission of required documents.
- Train partners on using the MajheApp Vendor/Partner application.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely activation of partner accounts.
- Resolve onboarding-related queries and provide post-onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and partner information.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement.
- Provide market feedback and identify opportunities for business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in onboarding, sales, customer success, business development, or field operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting partners across Goa.
Preferred Requirements
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Konkani (Marathi is an added advantage).
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
- Familiarity with food delivery, e-commerce, or service marketplace platforms is a plus.
