About MajheApp
MajheApp is Goa’s first superapp – a single platform integrating 70+ services including bike taxis, cabs, self-drive rentals, KTCL QR bus tickets, food & grocery delivery, on-demand home services (plumbers, electricians, painters, etc.), professional consultations (doctors, lawyers, yoga teachers, astrologers), and much more. Our customer app and vendor/driver app are already live. We launch publicly on June 10, 2026.
We are building a hyper-local ecosystem that empowers Goan vendors, drivers, and small businesses while providing a seamless experience for locals and tourists.
Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated, well-spoken, and culturally aware Goan locals to join our Onboarding Team. As an Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, negotiating, and onboarding vendors, drivers, delivery partners, and service providers across all 70+ service verticals onto the MajheApp platform.
You will be the face of MajheApp to the local business community. Your ability to speak Konkani fluently is non-negotiable – you will build trust and rapport with local shopkeepers, drivers, plumbers, electricians, restaurant owners, medical store operators, and many others.
This is a field-heavy, target-driven role requiring immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor & Merchant Onboarding (70+ Service Categories)
Identify and onboard the following types of partners across Goa (North and South Goa districts):
Transportation: Bike taxi pilots, cab drivers, self-drive car rental owners, rent-a-bike operators, local courier partners (like Porter)
Delivery Services: Restaurant owners (food delivery), grocery/kirana stores, stationary shops, water can suppliers
On-Demand Home Services: Plumbers, electricians, painters, carpenters, AC repair, appliance repair, home cleaners
Professional Services: Doctors (for online consultations), lawyers, fitness trainers, yoga teachers, astrologers, tutors, nutritionists
Other Local Services: Tour guides, event planners, beauticians, mechanics, laundry services, pet care providers
Medical & Wellness: Medical stores (chemists), diagnostic labs, physiotherapists
Farmers/Veg Vendors: Vegetable and fruit sellers (direct farm-to-home)
Explain the MajheApp value proposition, commission structure, payout cycles, and redemption benefits to potential partners.
Collect KYC documents (ID proof, address proof, GST certificate for businesses, trade license, etc.) and verify as per company policy.
Install and train partners on the MajheApp Vendor/Driver App (available in Konkani and 9+ other languages).
Ensure successful completion of dummy transactions before go-live.
2. Driver & Delivery Partner Onboarding
Recruit bike taxi pilots, auto rickshaw drivers, delivery partners (bike/car) for food, grocery, and courier services.
Verify driving license, vehicle registration, insurance, and police verification as per Goa Transport Department norms.
Assist in smartphone distribution (as per company policy) and conduct training on ride acceptance, navigation, earnings tracking, and safety guidelines.
3. Business Development & Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with local business associations, market committees, and residential complexes.
Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets (number of active vendors/drivers per vertical).
Gather feedback from partners on app usability, pricing, and support, and share with the internal product and operations teams.
Coordinate with the marketing team to run co-branded campaigns with newly onboarded vendors.
4. Field Work & Coordination
Travel extensively within Goa (using your own two-wheeler; petrol allowance will be provided as per company policy).
Conduct on-site visits to shops, restaurants, clinics, garages, and driver gatherings.
Report daily field activities, onboarding status, and challenges to the COO via Odoo CRM.
5. Post-Onboarding Support
Act as the first point of contact for newly onboarded partners until they complete their first 10 transactions.
Resolve minor technical or payment issues on the spot; escalate complex issues to the 24/7 call center.
Compensation & Benefits -
Salary Structure
Basic Monthly Salary - ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience & previous track record)
Per-Onboarding Fixed Incentive - Rs. xyz on each onboarding completed.
Petrol / Fuel Allowance - ₹2,500 per month fixed + actual reimbursement for out-of-route travel (subject to company policy)
Typical Monthly Earning Potential: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000+ (depending on onboarding)
Required Qualifications & Skills (Mandatory)
Language - Konkani – fluent speaking (mandatory) + English (good command), Hindi (working knowledge), Marathi (preferred).
Education - Minimum HSC (12th pass). Bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage but not mandatory.
Experience - 1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, vendor onboarding, or any customer-facing role.
Transport - Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
Availability - Can join immediately (within 3-5 days).
Preferred (Good to Have)
Prior experience in a startup, logistics, e-commerce, or hyperlocal platform (Swiggy, Zomato, Ola, Uber, Dunzo, Amazon Flex, Porter, Urban Company, etc.)
Existing network of local shopkeepers, drivers, or home service providers in Goa
Basic knowledge of GST, KYC norms, and contract documentation
Comfortable using smartphones, Android/iOS apps, and basic Excel/Google Sheets
Soft Skills Required
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to handle rejection and persist until targets are met
Empathy and patience when dealing with small business owners
Good at explaining technical concepts (app usage) in simple Konkani or Marathi
Performance Targets (Monthly)
Onboard minimum 30 active vendors (across any verticals) in first month, ramping to 50+ per month by third month.
Achieve 70% activation rate (vendor completes first transaction within 7 days of onboarding).
Maintain vendor satisfaction score > 4.2/5.
