Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager to lead the onboarding and management of on-demand service providers for MajheApp’s platform in Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing diverse service providers (e.g., dog walkers, home cleaners, fitness trainers, gardeners, beauty experts, plumbers, tutors, electricians, tour guides, mechanics, event planners, and more) onto our Android & iOS app.
This role requires building strong relationships, ensuring service quality, and driving business growth by expanding our network of trusted professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding & Vendor Management:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard local service professionals across multiple categories (e.g., home services, pet care, repairs, wellness, events).
- Verify credentials, licenses, and background checks (where applicable) to ensure reliability.
- Guide providers through the MajheApp onboarding process (app registration, profile setup, service listing).
- Negotiate commission structures, service terms, and pricing agreements.
2. Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service providers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and improve service quality.
- Resolve disputes between providers and customers professionally.
3. Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop strategies to increase the number of active service providers in high-demand categories.
- Analyze market trends to identify gaps and onboard missing services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run promotions, discounts, and referral programs to boost engagement.
4. Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure all providers follow MajheApp’s service standards, safety protocols, and legal requirements.
- Monitor ratings, reviews, and customer feedback to maintain high-quality service.
- Work with the operations team to reduce service cancellations and delays.
5. Reporting & Analytics:
- Track KPIs such as onboarding rate, active providers, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on provider performance and business expansion.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in on-demand services, gig economy platforms, or local services.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Goa’s service market (home services, repairs, wellness, events, etc.).
- Negotiation & Communication: Strong ability to close deals, build trust, and resolve conflicts.
- Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Konkani (preferred).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using apps, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle provider issues, customer complaints, and operational challenges.
