Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Key Account Manager to lead the onboarding and management of Delivery Service Providers for MajheApp’s delivery platform in Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with various delivery partners, including restaurants/cloud kitchens, grocery stores/supermarkets, pharmacies, florists, water suppliers, stationery shops, fuel providers, and other product delivery services.
The role involves ensuring seamless onboarding, compliance, and high-quality service delivery while driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding & Vendor Management:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard delivery service providers (food, grocery, medicine, flowers, water, stationery, fuel, etc.) onto the MajheApp (Android & iOS App).
- Ensure all partners meet company standards, legal requirements, and documentation (FSSAI for food, drug licenses for pharmacies, etc.).
- Conduct KYC, business verification, and agreement sign-ups with new partners.
- Negotiate commission rates, delivery terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
2. Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Address partner concerns, resolve disputes, and provide timely support.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to improve service quality.
3. Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop strategies to expand the network of delivery partners across Goa.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement promotional offers, discounts, and partnerships to boost order volumes.
4. Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure all delivery partners adhere to MajheApp’s policies, hygiene standards, and delivery protocols.
- Monitor delivery performance, customer ratings, and feedback to maintain service excellence.
- Work with the operations team to optimize delivery efficiency and reduce delays.
5. Reporting & Analytics:
- Track KPIs such as onboarding rate, active partners, order volume, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on partner performance and business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in business development, key account management, or vendor onboarding, preferably in food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Goa’s delivery market (restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc.).
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals and manage partnerships.
- Communication: Excellent in English, Hindi, and Konkani (preferred).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle partner grievances and operational challenges.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM /ERP tools, delivery apps, and analytics dashboards.
