As we prepare for our official launch and rapid scaling, we are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to build and lead our people operations from the ground up.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager to establish and manage core HR processes across our growing organization. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our people strategy—overseeing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.

A critical part of this role involves leveraging our Odoo ERP system to streamline corporate HR functions. We need someone who is not just an HR expert but is also technically adept and willing to actively work on Odoo to manage employee databases, attendance, payroll, and other core HR workflows within the platform.

Key Objectives

  • Build & Scale HR Infrastructure: Establish robust HR systems, policies, and procedures that support the company's rapid growth and operational needs.

  • Drive Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent that aligns with our innovative and community-driven culture.

  • Enhance Employee Experience: Develop and implement engagement, retention, and development programs that make MajheApp a great place to work.

  • Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all national and local labor laws and HR regulations.

  • Champion Company Culture: Serve as a bridge between management and employees, promoting the values of innovation, community, and excellence.

  • Optimize HR via Odoo: Act as the internal HR system owner for our Odoo ERP, ensuring seamless data management and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job postings and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

  • Policy Development: Prepare, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and legal requirements.

  • Performance & Development: Oversee performance evaluation systems, identify training needs, and coordinate learning and development programs for employees across all levels.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and workplace concerns, resolving conflicts with discretion and fairness.

  • HR Operations & Odoo Management: Maintain accurate personnel records, manage HR documentation, and oversee benefits administration. Actively utilize and manage the Odoo ERP system for handling employee databases, attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing, and recruitment workflows to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with department heads to design and implement HR strategies that drive organizational growth and employee engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist roles, or talent acquisition.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

  • Odoo ERP Proficiency (Mandatory): Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is essential. You must have practical knowledge of its HR modules (or related modules like payroll, attendance, and recruitment) and a strong willingness to actively configure, manage, and optimize corporate HR operations within the Odoo ecosystem.

  • HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR policies, Indian labor laws, compliance protocols, and best practices.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with HR software, data management tools, and modern recruitment platforms. Experience with Odoo is a distinct requirement for this role.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Adept at conflict resolution and handling sensitive matters with the utmost discretion.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage diverse teams and promote an inclusive work culture.
