Job Summary
Majhe App is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our key business partners and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, driving customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and resolve their queries in a timely manner.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions using Majhe App's products and services.
Ensure successful onboarding and ongoing engagement of business partners.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on client activities and business growth.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to strengthen partnerships.
Handle escalations professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to recommend improvements.
Maintain accurate account records and update CRM systems regularly.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and retention targets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Business Development, or Sales.
Experience in a technology platform, marketplace, SaaS, or mobile application environment is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
