Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Assist customers with app usage, onboarding, account-related queries, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and support tickets.
  • Monitor customer feedback and share insights with the relevant teams to improve customer experience.
  • Meet defined service-level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Stay updated on MajheApp's products, features, and policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi , Konkani and Marathi.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM or helpdesk tools is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotational day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business requirements.

Work Schedule
