🚀 YOUR MISSION
As COO, you will lead end-to-end company execution — from strategy and operations to people, technology, partnerships, customer experience, and growth.
You will help build and scale MajheApp into a technology-driven mobility and service platform for Goa.
🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Lead complete company operations and execution
✅ Convert business vision into measurable action plans
✅ Build and manage high-performing teams
✅ Establish processes, SOPs, KPIs, and operational systems
✅ Lead cross-functional execution across Technology, Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, and Partnerships
✅ Build scalable systems for rapid growth
✅ Manage strategic partnerships with government, transport, technology, and business stakeholders
✅ Drive customer experience and service quality
✅ Build a strong culture of accountability, speed, innovation, and ownership
✅ Lead the organisation through startup growth and enterprise-scale execution

Experience in companies or industries such as:

* Food delivery

* Government or enterprise technology projects
Experience with companies such as Swiggy, Zomato, Ola, Uber, BigBasket, Zepto, Instamart, or similar high-growth and enterprise organisations would be highly valuable.
