Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, visionary CEO to lead MajheApp’s growth, strategy, and operations. You will be the captain of the ship, driving business expansion, profitability, and customer satisfaction while overseeing all verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Strategic Leadership: Define and execute MajheApp’s long-term vision, scaling operations across Goa and beyond.
✔ Business Growth: Spearhead user acquisition, partnerships, and revenue streams (B2C & B2B).
✔ Team Building: Recruit and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
✔ Tech & Innovation: Collaborate with tech teams to enhance app features and user experience.
✔ Customer & Driver/Partner Satisfaction: Ensure seamless service delivery and resolve operational bottlenecks.
✔ Funding & Investor Relations: Secure investments and manage stakeholder expectations.

✅ Proven experience as a CEO/Founder/Senior Leader in a startup, ride-hailing, delivery, or multi-service tech platform.
✅ Strong understanding of on-demand economy, logistics, and hyperlocal services.
✅ Data-driven decision-maker with scaling expertise.
✅ Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Onboard service providers for MajheApp
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for India
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
