About the Role

MajheApp is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Admin & Customer Support Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks while delivering exceptional support to our customers, vendors, delivery partners, and service providers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
  • Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with employee documentation, onboarding, and administrative tasks.
  • Support different departments with operational and administrative requirements.

Customer Support Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer, vendor, and partner inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Assist users with account registration, onboarding, and app-related queries.
  • Coordinate with operations, technical, and business teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up until issues are resolved.
  • Provide product and service information to customers and partners.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, customer support, operations, or office management.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude and professional work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM or customer support software.
  • Knowledge of administrative processes and documentation.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Konkani (Marathi is an added advantage).
